It started with a dream to make it in this rat race called entrepreneurship. Reflecting back on my many years of employment – 16 years to be exact, I have always harboured this dream, but I was just not brave to take a leap of faith all along.
Finally when I decided that it is time; I was old enough, experienced enough, and gatvol enough.
The digital marketing bug had just bitten in the last 14 months of my last corporate employment.
Thus, the new media space was a logical choice.
Seduced by the idea of taking fate into my own hands, I estimated that it was going to take me only 6 months to hit the big time.
This was realistic in my mind, as I felt that my 16 years of working experience were going to stand me in good stead.Â
Boy, was I wrong! However, this only served to strengthen my resolve.
6 years on, the digital marketing company that I founded in late 2008 called eNitiate Integrated Solutions – a long name by many accounts – is going strong.
Have I defied the odds? Yes, I have.
eNitiate was started with little backup (if anything), but lots of promise of a brighter future, faith in God, belief in my abilities, positivity and abundant energy.
I chose 1 April 2015 to announce that I, together with my team of eNitiaters, are taking this company that is fast becoming a group into the next level.Â
Rest assured – THIS IS NOT A PRANK, but a pivotal moment for us.
We are dead serious about our intentions that will become clear as we unveil our next moves at appropriate times throughout 2015.
For now, I shall be unpacking the various brand offerings that form part of the eNitiate group in the coming blog posts.
