Community projects made efficient through synergizing
Community does not always mean zillions of people, it just means more than one person or a team, in our case. Well, that’s just my take on the whole community thing.
The theme for August from our usual team meets is community. It confused me quite a lot, mainly because I did not know which angle to take, although eventually, I got the hang of it.
With August being women’s month, it is fitting that community is the theme of the month, because women are the genesis of any community.
Successful projects manned by a community
As a finance personnel at eNitiate Integrated Solutions, the digital marketing company I work for, I will just focus on the financial side – financial communities.
There is a famous saying which goes “It takes a community to raise a child”. A lot of successful children are those raised by the communities they lived in. Equally, most successful projects are manned by communities.
Projects like Project Bonds by audit firm, Deloitte, which has provided an alternative business finance model to assist budding entrepreneurs grow away from the traditional business finance model. Synergizing has always been the best way to achieve more, because working together, we can do more.

Traditional accounting is about reading from textbooks and using the calculator, which is slow and prone to human error.
Thanks to technology, we have a system that accountants can use with minimal human errors.
It took a lot of accountants and IT specialists to build efficient accounting systems which have made processes for transactions a little easier.

The results it produces are excellent – from development, to technicians and the help desk, as well as the training team. Even though the idea might have been the brainchild of one man, execution is a community effort.
