Twitter Analytics – Kaizer Chiefs vs Orlando Pirates:

 

South Africa’s biggest soccer league game –  the #SowetoDerby – took place on 6/12/14. The final score was 2:0 in favour of Kaizer Chiefs, the team leading the log midway into 2014/15 season. Our analysis of the 2 teams’ Twitter stats indicated that Chiefs tweets 4 times more than Pirates, but the latter receives more RT’s and replies. Is this going to change after Chiefs’ derby win? Only time will tell.
